(3 to 5 years)

The kids learn basic personal water safety information and begin to develop the fundamental skills needed swim, feel comfortable in the water and enjoy water safety. In this level they learn to float on their back and front with support and the basics of treading water, elementary back stroke and back crawl.

Level 1 Schedule

Mondays 5:00pm-6:00pm, Wednesdays 6:00pm-7:00pm, or Thursdays 5:00pm-6:00pm

Classes begin the week of March 6th, 2023

This level is designed to give the kids success with fundamental skills. In this level they learn to float without support and to recover to a vertical position. In these sessions the kids begin to develop true locomotive skills. They learn to develop arm and leg actions on the front and back which lay the foundations for future strokes. They also learn additional safety skills and improve their understanding of previous knowledge

Level 2 Schedule
Mondays 5:00pm-6:00pm, Wednesdays 5:00pm-6:00pm, or Thursdays 5:00pm-6:00pm
Classes begin the week of March 6th, 2023

We are now ready to begin to build on skills they learned in the previous levels by providing additional guided practice. They improve the strokes they learned in previous levels such as front crawl, elementary back stroke, dolphin kick scissor kick and build on the fundamentals of treading water. The kids begin to learn headfirst entries from seated position and refine the water safety skills from previous levels.

Level 3 Schedule

This is a 6 week program that teaches survival skills, lifeguard skills, first aid and more.
Level 4 Schedule

Tuesdays 6:00pm-7:00pm and Fridays 6:00pm-7:00pm
