Youth Aquatics
The Buhl Club strives to help all children no matter their circumstance. Our youth aquatics program will help your child learn to swim while strengthening there body and mind.

Splash into the basics of swimming in a fun and safe environment! Caregivers and their child will receive an introduction to basic skills that lay a foundation for learning to swim. Skills are taught using games and songs to make learning fun and engaging for your child. Watch your child's confidence in the water swim to new heights.

In this course, children will learn the fundamental mechanics of swimming and basic water safety. Skills covered will consist of front and back floats and glides, alternating and combined arm and leg actions on their front and back, and breath control techniques. Upon successful completion, your child will be able to confidently perform these skills with an instructor’s assistance at least 10 feet.

In this course, children will build on the skills taught in Aqua Tots 1. Children will improve on their coordination and control of alternating and combined arm and leg actions on their front and back. As well as being introduced to rotary breathing. Upon successful completion, your child will be able to confidently perform these skills at least 20 feet.

In this course, students will expand proficiency on skills taught in Aqua Tots 2 and/or Swim School 1. Students will learn to swim freestyle and elementary backstroke at rudimentary proficiency levels. Students will be introduced to new kicks and headfirst entries. Upon completion, your child will be able to tread water for 1 minute and swim at lest 15 yards. That's over half the length of the pool!

In this course, students will increase their endurance by swimming strokes learned in Swim School 2 for greater distances and with more advanced proficiency. Students will begin learning backstroke, sidestroke, and butterfly at a rudimentary level, as well as open turns. Upon completion, your child will be able to tread water using two different kicks and swim the entire length of the pool.

Dance
Join our dance family! The new dance year begins September 9th, 2024.
Ages 3-18. Classes offered in tap, ballet, jazz, lyrical, and hip hop.

Youth Sports
The Buhl Club strives to help all children no matter their circumstance. Our youth sports program will help your child learn to play and compete with other children, all while getting the exercise they need.

A 6-week session of fun and learning. Each week focuses on a different sport and the skills necessary. This class has a looser structure to fit the age group it is built for. We will focus less on playing the game and more on building a foundation of skills.
Ages 3-5

Taught by Certified Personal Trainer, Mary Robinson. This 6 week course takes kids through circuit training and learning the proper way to exercise their bodies. Building confidence in themselves and their abilities, while having a blast doing it!

Our Youth Volleyball Program at the Buhl Club is designed to build confidence, teamwork, and fundamental skills in a fun and supportive environment. Open to players of all experience levels, the program focuses on developing proper technique, game awareness, and sportsmanship through engaging drills, coaching, and gameplay. Whether your child is just starting out or looking to improve their skills, our program helps young athletes grow both on and off the court.

Art and STEM

In this 6-week session, kids ages 5-13 can spend 90 minutes getting a hands on experience with Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics. Fun and learning and creativity all rolled into one awesome class!

Youth Gymnastics

Get your littles started with the very basics of gymnastics in this 6 week session for ages 3-5.

Help your child master beginning skills and increase their flexibility in a 6 week course open to ages 6-10.

Designed for ages 18 months to 5 years, Teddy Bear Tumbling helps little ones develop motor skills, strength, and body awareness in a fun, supportive environment. Each class includes guided tumbling, movement games, and structured play.
